The ChimpTank is a think tank.

To understand this, we look at a definition offered to us by Wikipedia.org:

“A think tank (also called a policy institute) is an organization, institute, corporation, group, or individual that conducts research and engages in advocacy in areas such as social policy, political strategy, economy, science or technology issues, industrial or business policies, or military advice.”

However, The ChimpTank only fulfills one of these criteria.  I am an individual.  I conduct no research and I engage in no advocacy in any area, especially the ones mentioned above.  Instead, it is more of a snapshot of my brain, which if one could cut away my skull and view the interior, they would observe a tank full of chimps covered in their own feces.
